Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue. All damage claims must be submitted before installation and within 7 days of package delivery. If you encounter any other issues with your order, please contact us at support@braumracing.com.

If you decide to return any products, please refer to the sections below for guidance.

Products must be returned to BRAUM Racing within 30 days from the invoice date for a credit or exchange. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting support@braumracing.com. The individual processing the return is responsible for clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused.

If you are returning an item through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the return package. Send your package to the BRAUM Racing return address provided by support@braumracing.com.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your returned merchandise for processing. If the reason for the return is deemed invalid or does not match the description provided, no credit will be issued or applied.
- Returns for Non-Defective Products: All non-defective products must be returned in new, sellable condition—uninstalled, unused, and with all original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning non-defective products to BRAUM Racing. In addition, due to the handcrafted nature of most carbon fiber products, each item is unique and may exhibit slight variations. Minor imperfections, such as subtle weave patterns, small air bubbles, or faint clear coat blemishes, are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not compromise the product's quality or performance. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products on products prior to return. Returns of non-defective products will be processed as follows, credit will be issued for the original invoice price, minus the original shipping charges. (Please note that free shipping does not apply to returns.), a minimum restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the credit, the return and restocking fee will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item by BRAUM Racing. To qualify for a credit, returned products must be in new, sellable condition. If a returned product is damaged, installed or not in its original condition, it may not be eligible for a credit. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 100% of the original purchase price may be applied.
- Returns for incorrect shipments – For incorrect shipments, the invoice will be credited upon return receipt of merchandise and product examination by BRAUM Racing. Invoice will not be credited if BRAUM Racing does not find the product to be incorrect or if the product is not in new, sellable condition or damaged in any way. Replacements must be ordered again as a new order.
- Returns for defective products – Products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at BRAUM Racing’s sole discretion. Products are subject to failure when exposed to accidents of any kind, negligence, alterations, abuse, improper installation, or high stress driving during automobile racing, off road driving, and other forms of motorsports. You are responsible for the shipping charges of any products returned 30 days after the original invoice date. If a repair cannot be made, the products selected for replacement must be of equal value to the returned products; if the replacement products are of a greater value than the original the products, an upgrade charge and additional shipping charge may apply.

Product Change

BRAUM Racing reserves the right to, at any time, discontinue products, change product specifications, prices, designs, features, models or equipment without incurring obligation.

Cancellations

If you haven't received shipment confirmation and wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. We may be able to accommodate your cancellation request if it's made before the order ships. However, once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
