Our fixed-back seats can be ordered individually or in pairs. Unfortunately, our reclinable seats can only be ordered in pairs, and both seats must be identical to each other. Please contact us at bespoke@braumracing.com for custom order inquiries.

In order for one of our seats to fit in your vehicle, you will need two things: seat brackets made for your application, and sufficient interior room. If your seat bracket is not compatible with your vehicle, you will be unable to physically bolt down the seat. If you lack sufficient physical space or interior room, the seat might bolt up fine, but will not sit upright and in an appropriate orientation.

Yes. Because of variations between floor shape and mounting locations across models, no single seat bracket can be used in every car. You will need a bracket made specifically for your vehicle in order to install any one of our seats. Thankfully they are affordable and easy to install.

Our seat brackets range from 3/4” to 3” tall.

If your vehicle came with airbag-equipped seats, you cannot legally replace any of them with aftermarket seats and drive on public roads. You will either need to leave your factory seats or dedicate your vehicle for track use only.

The difference between 4-point and 5-point harnesses is the number of individual straps and attachment points on your chassis. Each strap originates from different mounting locations, but converge together at one point, near the belly button.

4-Point Harness (4PT)
-Straps: Two shoulder straps + two lap belts.
-Latch Point: Connects at 4 points (shoulders and hips).
Pros: Provides better upper-body restraint than a standard seat belt. Lighter and simpler than a 5-point system.
Cons: No anti-submarine strap (the strap that goes between the legs).
In high-impact crashes, the body may “submarine” (slide under the lap belt). Less secure than a 5-point in racing or off-road environments.

5-Point Harness (5PT)
-Straps: Two shoulder straps + two lap belts + one anti-submarine strap between the legs.
-Latch Point: Connects at 5 points.
Pros: SFI approved, rating good up to 2 years. Maximum restraint, keeps driver securely in place. Anti-submarine strap prevents sliding under the lap belt during impact.
Cons: Slightly more complex to buckle/unbuckle. May feel less comfortable for casual use compared to a 4-point.

The SFI rating these harnesses have been given signifies that they have been tested and proven to be safe for use in the most demanding racing conditions. If your sanctioning body conducts safety inspections, you must make sure your equipment is compliant. SFI-rated harnesses can be used for up to two years after their manufacturing date. All of our 5-Point harnesses are SFI approved. Regardless, before making your purchase, please make sure to check the safety requirements of your specific local sanctioning body.

*Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to promptly assess and resolve the issue. All damage claims must be submitted prior to installation and within seven (7) days of delivery.

*General Return Policy
Products must be returned to BRAUM Racing within 30 days from the invoice date for a credit or exchange. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting support@braumracing.com.
The assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused.
When returning items via your chosen shipping carrier, please:
- Select ground service for cost-effective shipping.
- Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise to protect against loss or damage.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the date of receipt for processing. If the reason for return is found to be invalid or inconsistent with the description provided, no credit will be issued.

*Returns for Non-Defective Products
All non-defective products must be returned in new, unused, and sellable condition, with all original packaging.
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the handcrafted nature of carbon fiber products, minor variations and imperfections (such as subtle weave patterns, small air bubbles, or light clear coat blemishes) are considered normal and do not constitute defects. Photographs are required to substantiate claims of true defects prior to authorization. Returns of non-defective products will be processed as follows:
Credit will be issued for the original invoice price, less the original shipping charges. (Please note: “free shipping” offers do not apply to returns.)
A minimum restocking fee of 15% and original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. Returned products not in new, sellable condition (e.g., damaged, installed, or incomplete) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% of the purchase price.

*Returns for Incorrect Shipments
For incorrect shipments, credit will be issued upon return and inspection of the merchandise by BRAUM Racing.
Credit will not be issued if the returned product is determined to be correct, or if it is damaged, installed, or not in sellable condition.

*Returns for Defective Products
Products found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at BRAUM Racing’s sole discretion. Products subjected to accidents, negligence, alterations, abuse, improper installation, or high-stress use (including motorsports, racing, or off-road driving) are not covered under this policy. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for products returned more than 30 days after the original invoice date. If a repair cannot be performed, replacement products will be provided of equal value. Should the replacement product be of greater value than the original item, upgrade fees and additional shipping charges will apply.

BRAUM Racing reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this policy will always be available on our official website.

BRAUM Racing is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you are unable to locate your package, we recommend that you:

- Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

For packages lost in transit (i.e., tracking does not update to “Delivered”), please contact us within 5 days of the ship date at orders@braumracing.com so we can assist with filing a claim and work toward a resolution. Please note: once an order has been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be modified. Any changes must be requested prior to shipment by contacting orders@braumracing.com.

By default, orders are shipped without signature confirmation. If you would like a signature required upon delivery, please specify this in the notes section at checkout or contact us at orders@braumracing.com before your order ships. Additional fees may apply.

1. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using BRAUM Racing products, whether directly from BRAUM Racing or through an authorized dealer, you acknowledge and agree that such products are purchased and used at your own risk. No warranty or representation is made that BRAUM Racing products will prevent injury or death. The user expressly assumes any and all risks associated with the installation, use, or operation of BRAUM Racing products.

2. Product Use, Installation & Maintenance
The effectiveness, performance, and longevity of BRAUM Racing products are directly dependent upon proper installation, use, and maintenance. BRAUM Racing shall not be held responsible for failures, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from: Improper or unauthorized installation, Misuse, neglect, or abuse, Alteration or modification of the product, Use in racing, off-road, or other high-stress environments.

3. Compliance with Laws
Because laws vary by state and country, BRAUM Racing makes no representation or warranty as to the legality of its products in any jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. BRAUM Racing shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences that may result from the purchase, installation, or use of its products.

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRAUM Racing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to: Your purchase, installation, or use of BRAUM Racing products, or Your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAUM Racing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, loss of profits, or legal claims, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, installation, or use of BRAUM Racing products, even if BRAUM Racing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

1. Submission of Evidence
BRAUM Racing warrants to the original purchaser. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must first provide the original order number, clear and detailed evidence of the defect. Acceptable evidence includes, but is not limited to, video recordings, photographs, and other supporting documents. This requirement allows our team to perform a prompt and accurate preliminary assessment.

2. Return of Defective Part
Once the submitted evidence has been reviewed and accepted, customers will be instructed to return the defective part to our facility, This warranty does not cover freight charges that may be incurred. The returned item will undergo a verification process to confirm warranty eligibility prior to any repair or replacement.

3. Resolution Process
Upon completion of the verification process, our team will determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the findings, the customer will receive one of the following remedies: repair of the defective part, replacement of the defective part, full replacement or an upgrade option offered at a discounted rate.

4. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation, Modifications or alterations made by unauthorized persons, Use of the product outside its intended purpose, Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as scratches, fading, peeling or discoloration).

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for: Providing the initial evidence (videos, photos, or documents) of the defect, Covering the cost of returning the defective part for verification (unless otherwise stated), Ensuring the product is returned in secure packaging to prevent additional damage during transit.
